Great location, just a short walk into Salisbury. The staff were friendly and accommodating, setting a nice tone for the stay. Rooms offered comfort, but cleanliness needed attention. My room had a lingering smell of damp, and the shower kept dripping. I also noticed noise from the above rooms which made it hard to sleep. the breakfast served each morning was delicious and the team remained cheerful even when busy. The spa facilities were decent but extra charges for use were a downside. I had a nice dinner at the on-site restaurant, yet there were some menu limitations during peak times. it has potential but needs better room maintenance and noise control.

I spent a lovely two nights here and really enjoyed the spa treatments and relaxing in the garden area. The breakfast selection was tasty, and I appreciated the comfortable lounge for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was the slightly outdated decor in some areas, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😌
